This necrotic feet can be caused by many diseases such as: diabetes, frost bite, necrotizing fascities and so on. its hard to tell which one caused this but my guess is frost bite that wasnt treated, my second guess is diabetic foot,diabetes is a weird disease because it sound soo harmless ( oh just elevated blood sugar) until the patient starts having complications such as this, diabetic neuropathy, nephropathy etc.. @medicalcortex #medstudent #nurse #surgery #trauma #orthopedic #doctor #surgeon #f4f #l4l #premed #usmle #emergencyroom #emergency #mcat #nightshift #or #er #medicine #medschool #follow #knee #medicine
