Depressed frontal fractre of the skull
Patient with depressed frontal fractre of the skull after fall from height, this kind of falls usually present with severe fractures in the primary area of impact, but sometimes the body can bounce and have secondary impact site or have multiple impact sites, this is usually by accident or suicide, remember absence of skull fracture does not exclude brain hemorrhage. from @noheldym

Neurosurgeon re that does not make the person suicidal and after a fall from height the injury sustained means something had too cause it from an object above the head BFT
It's also like the way the injury like laying down on a straight supine position meaning had too use an object strong enough too show that type of variables of fracture
