Fracture of the vertebral column
Can you even imagine how painful this might have been?? This is a fracture of the vertebral column due to fall from a ladder...i dont know how high was the ladder...maybe it was ladder to heaven(south park reference) Usually vertebral column innjuries are very serious due to the outcome which could include paralysis below the level of the fracture...so be careful whenever you do any action involving ladders. @medicalcortex
