StarVibe artefact – Primovist @ Siemens 3T Skyra Anyone seen this kind of artefact before (red arrow)? It occurs when you increase the flip angle (FA) to a certain limit. I’m not 100% sure myself, but I have a theory. Increasing the FA to a certain limit, the sequence automatically changes the reordering from linear to centric. At the hepatobiliary phase the contrast will be in the bile duct, and that’s where I’ve seen the artefact occurs. I think due to centric reordering and the contrast in the bile duct which creates this kind of artefact.
