MR Abdominal Imaging – Primovist/Eovist @ Siemens 1.5T Avanto In this case Primovist was used to answer the clinical question regarding if this cyst communicates with the biliary system. The outcome of the exam shows that this cyst does communicate with the biliary system. Already after 20min post contrast (red arrow) you can see there is contrast in the cyst. Our rad wanted 2hour images since the patient had some other appointments in the house, so she just came back for one more scan. After approx. 2hour you can clearly see it does communicate (green arrow). Remember, the time window of the hepatobiliary phase with Primovist is approx. from 20min – 2hour.#Siemens_MRI #siemens #mri #primovist
