Personally, I strongly advice not to, a lot of things can go wrong by doing it post contrast. What if patient have an inconsistent breathing pattern, and you need to redo the scan… well time have already passed and you too late then. Really, what do you save in time by doing MRCP as post contrast? I guess not much. Because in the waiting period of hepatobiliary phase (20min post contrast) you already used some time from the dynamic, and can carry on with a good DWI + 2D/3D TSE FS.
