RESOLVE is a revolutionary new approach for obtaining high-quality, high-resolution DWI images even in body regions strongly affected by susceptibility artifacts, as breast. It is largely free of distortions and delivers sharp imaging at higher spatial resolution. Fig conventional SS-EPI DWI (left) and multi-shot RESOLVE (right). RESOLVE provides higher image quality with less distortions. Therefore, breast carcinoma is better depicted on RESOLVE imaging.
