Anatomic MR imaging alone versus multiparametric imaging (anatomic plus functional imaging) in detection of intra-prostatic tumors. Graph shows areas under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve for tumor detection with T2W alone and combined with functional MR imaging techniques. There is a trend toward improved performance with incremental addition of functional MR imaging techniques to traditional anatomic MR imaging. #MRI #multiparametric_prostate_imaging
