ECG-gated FSE angiography (NATIVE-SPACE, Inhance Deltaflow, TRANCE, FBI) produces a bright-blood angiographic image (right) by subtracting the image obtained during systole (middle) from the image obtained during diastole (left) to remove background noise and signals from veins. Signals from arteries with fast flow are voided on the image obtained during systole, while signals from arteries and veins with slow flow remain at high intensity on an image obtained during diastole. #MRI #NCE_MRA
