The baby born by cephalic presentation with normal vaginal delivery ......the thing which i here to tell is all about my first experience of O.T. ....the seen was.like..the mother was shouting along with severe pain and labour....and was drawn to the o.t . The way they switch her to o.t. was really .fearable...next to it.another thing which enrolled me was that theother was 3rd gravida, her Hb level is coming down,bp also going down ,she was shouting,crying,and suddenly dr. Instruct her to push the baby..the vaginal place...becomes enlareg around 10cm thn ..the head of baby cames..first.it was seems like a dark black colur substances and suddenly sparks...like thing occurs...my whole focus was on to baby and..he cames out with lots of bleeding...pain..thn the crying of baby started rather thn mother ,,,....lots of blood is split out spread to dress of dr. Also...but she was consistant to her work..without affecting with that inciddnt ..patient supplies with oxytocin,and other injections...her bp was chked again ..she was feeling. ..as vertigo..and . Thn the placental delivery is done. That black amorphpus substance...with lots of bleeding completes the second phase of delivery process....really..it all was..unimaginable..and extreme ...but the process is still remain..i felt some pity on patient...in case of our proffesion .....we have to sometime be stirct to our patinet for saving there life.....so our.dr. becomes more strict.....and says her to support for the processing of stitches...coz if it was not completely done thn chances of prolapse may also occurs....thn finally..after proper cleaning of uterus ..and stiching..the delivery is completed...and time was noted during delivery...and cleaning of fluid from body of baby is done ..and placental conne tion ..was pin up by nurse...all this..things...gives..my heart a pleasant smile and i. Clicked..this beautiful one ....which gives me a lesson that. If all say no....thn we the dr. Say yes......n can do that....love the passion.
