It's shows a distended sigmoid loop,which assumes a invert U-shape appeareance wirh the limbs of the sigmoid loop directed towards the pelvis....that's y it's sigmoid volvulus
D. Symptoms are that of a large bowel obstruction: constipation, abdominal bloating, nausea and/or vomiting. Onset may be acute or chronic.
