Green urine in patient in pain management clinic

Green urine in patient in pain management clinic

I work in toxicology for a pain management group and received this urine with no patient history. My assumption is high doses of amitriptyline (Elavil, tricyclic antidepressant) or use of propofol in same day procedure. Though it is possible it is caused by UTI with bacteria that has moved into the bloodstream (bacteremia) this is unlikely as this was an outpatient collection and not part of a hospitalization.
