Still alive..is what we call "nucal cord"which occurs not uncommonley and considered as emergency may cause brain damage due to hypoxia to brain predisposing likes to cerebral palsy

Still alive.. as it may cause brain damage due to hypoxia to the brain as well it is an emergency case
