The coronary arteries are detached from aorta immediately after leaving the aorta from the left ventricle and they enter the ventricular wall. The left ventricular wall is more muscular and thicker than the right ventricular wall. As a result, when the left ventricle contracts during the systole, it blocks the access to the coronary arteries located within its muscles. Left ventricular blood sampling is then performed at diastole.

RV receives blood during RA systole&RV diastole&LV receives blood during LA systole&LV diastole....&never any chamber can receive blood during systole but the ventricles would be having end systolic volume which would be about 50ml.
