Triple/quadruple drug regimen therapy objectives: 1.prevent growth of resistant organism 2.prevent relapse 3.promote rapid ulcer healing . Triple therapy: 1. Amoxicillin 2.lansoprazole 3.clarithromycin Quadruple therapy: 1.metronidazole 2.tetracycline 3.cbs 4.omeprazole. Among these resistance develops to only metronidazole and clarithromycin.
