Lateral Cervical Spine X-Ray

Make sure you see the 7 cervical spines and evaluate them correctly by looking at the joint spaces and vertebrae. Look at the orientation of epiglottis, hyoid bone, tracheal shadow. Clivus should be pointed toward the odontoid.
