Blood is a tissue where is contains the fluid connective tissue plasma which transports cells such as erythrocytes leurocytes and thrombocytes

For something called to be as a tissue, there has to be at least 3 different types of cells present within it. In blood, there are RBCs, WBCs, platelets, etc. This indicates that it is indeed a tissue. Hope this explanation helps 🙏
