Anisocoria is a condition characterized by an unequal size of the eyes' pupils. In anisocoria there is a difference of 0.4 mm or more between the sizes of the pupils of the eyes
ddx of anisocoria: Horner's syndrome , Acute angle closure gluacoma, 3rd CN lesions and others
One of the nurses I work with has this and her vision is normal...good idea to put aniscoria on your medic alert bracelet so if you're ever in an accident and unconscious they don't automatically assume a head injury and get a scan
