bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy in a 67 - year - old woman. Haemoglobin 12.5 g/dL; white blood count 150 × 10 ^9 /L (lymphocytes 146 × 10^ 9 /L); platelets 120 × 10 9 /L.

Hodgekin lymphoma? Biopsy to verify. I think you need to do some extra staging. Mostly treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy combination.
