Chest pain due to not enough blood supply to cardiac muscle.

It's when there's a deficiency with blood supply to the heart ( the cardiac muscle ) then it gets fatigue faster and not able to pump more blood .. even though it continues its work and cause a kind of failure . That failure acts as an acute chest pain and dyspnoea and it may develop an infarction .
