vulvodynia is a chronic pain condition of the vulva characterized by muscle spasms and nerve damage. i personally suffer from it. more cases are uprising as many doctors don't know what it is. i was sent away by five specialists over the course of a year before being diagnosed. i am now taking 1800mg of gabapentin, 10mg of diazepam (insertion) and am in physical therapy for the past year. i have yet to feel much relief. i have some questions. 1. have you heard of any successful treatments for vulvodynia? and 2. can i still have a successful pregnancy?

Keep your vulva away from irritants, make a diet regulation, make kegel exercises, use vaginal dilatators, local agents: cromolyn, lidocain and capsaisin are good. Your doctor can prescribe SSRI to you. YAG laser and botox other options. Do not search any other treatment modalities. These are the most succesfull ones. But results are different for each patient. I hope you will be ok.👋🏻

I missed other question: yes you can. But you should discuss your doctors about your pills. Because some of them have teratogenic effects.
