On my face many pinples are growing and not stop. One by one growing each pimple. What the method to stop them????
1) Never touch your face (unless washing) 2) DO NOT PICK 3) Use a drying, unscented, antibacterial soap morning and night, midday if needed (Dial Gold is my favorite) 4) Dry your face after washing with toilet paper (not a towel) 5) Wash your pillowcase every week (minimum)
Use clindamyin antibiotic in gel form and use at nite and avoid exposure to sunlite and also wash yur face 8 9 times with fresh water a day
Work on having a good skin care routine consisting of at least 1-cleanser 2)toner 3)moisturizer. What help my acne the most was taking a good ol’ trip to my family doctor and was prescribed some acne medication. Depending on how your skin looks and the type of acne differs what medication you get. A friend has also recommended me retinol moisturizer if you are unable to get medication.
