23 years Female, H/o: Repeated blood transfusions once in 6 months since her childhood and once in 3 months since last 2 years because of anemia. Any solution for this case?

It's Aplastic anemia. A plastic anemia is a condition that occurs when your body stops producing enough new blood cells.
