Hello Doctors! With due respect, there is a patient who has intestinal pain. Initially every test was done like CBC , test which can show cancer in future , bowl test and also urine test. All was perfectly ok. Later abdominal ultrasound was done every organ was perfect but little gass in intestine was shown. Patient have history of eating food while talking every day. What should be prescribe for this treatment in precautions and in daily life food schedule? Thanks alot.
I'm not a doctor yet but it could help for the pt to avoid talking as he is eating not only to not swallow that additional air but prevent choking as well. Perhaps he snores? Big part of us humans feeling bloated could also be breathing with our mouth and snoring. Hope that helps!
