Drinking alcohol while taking antidepressants is strictly not recommended. Alcohol worsens depression and reinforces the effects of antidepressants. This combination gives severe dizziness, drowsiness and co-ordination problems. Alcohol may make you feel better for veyr short time but the depression that follows is worse than before.
