A 6 year old boy has been dragged along the road by a car with loss of skin on his foot and the bone exposed.The wound has been thoroughly cleaned and all dead tissue removed. A "turn over" flap of skin and subcutaneous tissue was prepared on the lower leg proximal to the damaged foot. Skin grafts have been applied to all raw surfaces. Such a precise job. 👏
