Systemic use of antifungal like TERBISIL TAB.if itching add antihistamine like desloratidine & use of medicated soap containing zinc (zn bar) to the affected areas after bath.if associated with redness use tropical steroids as hydrocortisone.Look source of fungus.clean water tank& disinfect the bathroom.wear cotton clothes.

For two to four weeks antifungal & antihistamine for ten to fifteen days.
